Bed and Breakfast rates for en-suite or private double and single rooms	From £29 per person per night.
Children under 12 years of age	£16 per night
Children under 5 years of age	no charge

Single occupancy surcharge in an ensuite/private double room is from £15 per person per night.

Plasnewydd is pleased to offer more advantageous rates at certain times of the year for stays of two or more nights but do not include Bank Holidays and Special Events. Do not hesitate to phone or email to enquire about these refresher breaks, also check for special offers which are now available as shown on my Availability Link.

These rates and any special offers only apply when a reservation is made directly through Plasnewydd Bed and Breakfast and do not include rates for The Royal Welsh Agricultural Show at Llanelwedd.

Arrival and Departure

Check in is available from 4.00pm to 6.00pm (16:00 to 18:00) on the day of arrival.
Check-in times outside of those specified must be confirmed with us prior to arrival.

We ask that you please vacate your room by 10.15am on the morning of departure.

We reserve the right to determine whether or not to accept a request for a one night stay at weekends. Minimum stay on Bank Holiday and Special Event weekends are two nights or more.

Breakfast is served at 8.30am (Monday to Friday) 9.00am (Saturday and Sunday). We are happy to consider alternative breakfast times on Special Events with prior notice.

You may make your reservation at our Mid Wales B&B by email, telephone or letter.
A deposit of 50% per person of first nights booking is required within 5 days of making your booking to confirm the reservation, we will waver this condition for bookings made within 7 days of arrival. Rooms should not be considered reserved until our acknowledgement of payment and/or confirmation of the reservation has been received.

Total cost of reservation made is required on arrival. Payments may be made by BACS, cash or UK cheque made payable to Shirley Allen. Please note that credit cards are not accepted at this establishment.

With reference to the Royal Welsh Agricultural Show at Llanelwedd Builth Wells, the total booking fee is required 2 months before arrival. In the event of cancellation, this fee is non-refundable.

Cancellation by Us

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full. Should you wish to, we will attempt to book you into another local bed and breakfast of the same grading in a similar standard of room
